For our online support we use the "mikogo" tool for showing you our screen and/or working through the internet on your pc to show you what you were looking for.
We will provide you with a session id after you contact us by phone, skype or e-mail. Enter the session id below together with your own name and click "join session". We will install our help tool on your pc so you will be asked twice if you agree to this, click "run" when asked to install our tool and once installed you will see our screen and we can start our help session !
